By Car

Paid parking is available on-site at Borde Hill for concert guests.
Parking spaces must be purchased in advance when booking your tickets, availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed on the day if you have not purchased in advance

Please follow the event signage and steward directions upon arrival. Car park gates will open at the same time as the main arena, and vehicles must leave the site shortly after the show finishes. More travel information will be available closer to the events. 

If you have accessibility requirements, a reserved accessible parking area is available near the entrance. Please contact access@bordehillsummerseries.com after booking to arrange your space.

We encourage drivers to car share where possible to reduce traffic around the local area.

By Train

Haywards Heath Station is the closest stop to Borde Hill Garden around a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk to the site. Regular trains run from London, Brighton, and surrounding towns. Please check the latest return times before setting off, as late services may vary depending on the night. Shuttle busses will be available from near the train station to the site, tickets can be booked in advance.

By Taxi or Drop-off

A clearly marked drop-off zone will be situated near the concert entrance. Please follow event signage and instructions from stewards when you arrive.

• Entry times vary by show; please refer to your ticket or pre-event email for details.
• Ticket scanning will take place at the main entrance, digital tickets on your phone are accepted.
• To help us keep the event secure, bag checks will be carried out upon entry.
• Once you enter the arena, re-entry is not permitted.
• Last entry times will be strictly enforced, so please plan to arrive early.

If you need any help on the day, our Box Office will be open near the entrance from gates.

Return shuttle buses will run from a short walking distance of Haywards Heath Train Station directly to the festival site. We recommend arriving by taxi or shuttle bus for the easiest journey.

Return shuttle tickets are just £10 + bf.

Accessible tickets can be purchased through the Accessible Tickets option on Skiddle. There are two main categories available:

• Platform Access Tickets: for guests who require use of the accessible viewing platform due to mobility needs.
• Ambulant Access Tickets: for those who do not require platform access but may benefit from step-free entry, accessible toilets, or a companion.

Essential Companion tickets can be added at checkout if required.
After booking, Skiddle will carry out a brief eligibility check. Once verified, our team will get in touch nearer the time to confirm any additional support you may need.

We aim to keep the experience comfortable and safe for all guests.
Please read the list below before arriving:

Permitted Items

• Small bags (A4 size or smaller)
• Blankets for sitting on the grass
• Sealed 500 ml water bottle or empty reusable bottle
• Sunscreen, hats, rain ponchos, and personal medication

Not Permitted

• Camping or folding chairs (except within designated accessible areas)
• Large bags or suitcases
• Glass, cans, or outside food and beverages
• Umbrellas or parasols
• Professional cameras or recording equipment
• Drones, fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs
• Illegal or controlled substances

Security staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove prohibited items.

You’ll find a carefully curated selection of international street-food vendors and fully licensed bars.

Please note:

• Outside food and drink are not permitted.
• Free drinking water refill points will be available on site.
• Bars operate a Challenge 25 policy – please bring valid photo ID if needed.
• The site is cashless, so contactless or card payments are required.

These are outdoor, open-air concerts – please be prepared for all weather conditions.

• Concerts will continue in rain or shine (except in extreme weather).
• Umbrellas are not allowed inside the concert area.
• Bring suitable footwear for grassy surfaces.
• In hot weather, stay hydrated and make use of shaded rest areas.

• Toilets: Standard and accessible toilets are available across the site.
• First Aid & Welfare: Trained staff and medical professionals will be present throughout the event.
• Water Points: Free refill stations for drinking water.
• Box Office: Located at the main entrance.
• Lost Property: Visit Welfare during the event, or email lostproperty@bordehillsummerseries.com after the show.

Each concert will have its own age policy, please check on the ticket platform or the event page on the website before purchasing your ticket

The safety of our guests, artists, and staff is our top priority.
Searches will be conducted at the entrance, and anyone found with illegal or dangerous items will be refused entry.
Please cooperate with our security team – they’re here to ensure everyone enjoys the show safely.

Guestlist ticket holders should visit the Box Office on arrival with photo ID.
